# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) to ensure optimal cooking temperature.
02 - Thoroughly wash the Yukon Gold potatoes and slice them uniformly to about 3 mm thickness using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
03 - Soak the potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes to eliminate excess starch, then dry thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel to maximize crispiness.
04 - In a large bowl, evenly coat the dried potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and sea salt, tossing gently.
05 - Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook in batches if necessary for even crispiness.
06 - Air fry the slices at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time until they achieve a golden-brown, crispy texture.
