Trim chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and toss thoroughly to coat evenly.

Set the air fryer to 190°C and allow it to preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes at 190°C, flipping halfway until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.

Remove chicken from the air fryer. On each tortilla, layer fresh spinach leaves, then shredded mozzarella, followed by the cooked chicken strips.

Roll tortillas tightly to enclose fillings. Lightly spray the exterior of each wrap with olive oil spray. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.

Air fry wraps at 190°C for 2 to 3 minutes until tortillas are crisp and golden.

Allow wraps to cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
