06 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
07 - 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
08 - 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
11 - 0.125 teaspoon red pepper flakes

12 - 15 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
13 - 28 grams unsalted butter, cubed

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly spray a 23x33 cm baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Add cubed chicken directly into the prepared baking dish.
03 - Combine dry mustard, chives, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until uniform.
04 - Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over chicken. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to coat all pieces.
05 - Distribute cubed butter evenly across the chicken pieces.
06 - Bake for 10 minutes, stir chicken, and return to oven. Continue baking for 8–10 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 74°C and edges are lightly browned.
