01 - 240 ml cottage cheese
02 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese, divided

04 - 1 small onion, finely chopped

07 - 0.5 tsp salt
08 - 0.5 tsp black pepper

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Cook the finely chopped onion over medium heat until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
03 - In a large bowl, blend cottage cheese, sautéed onion, chopped spinach, eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set and golden.
