# Ingredients Required:

01 - 250 g cottage cheese

03 - 50-75 g smoked salmon (2-3 slices)

05 - 100 g avocado (half), sliced or cubed

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Boil the egg for 7 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved. Set aside to cool.
02 - Place the cottage cheese on a plate or in a bowl as the foundation of the salad.
03 - Distribute the diced cucumber evenly over the cottage cheese.
04 - Arrange the sliced or cubed avocado on top of the salad.
05 - Layer the smoked salmon slices over the avocado and cucumber.
06 - Cut the boiled egg as preferred (halved, sliced, or chopped) and add on top.
07 - Sprinkle the chopped chives and chopped almonds evenly over the salad.
08 - Drizzle olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
