01 - 240 ml small curd cottage cheese, well drained
02 - 15 ml grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

03 - 120 ml seasoned breadcrumbs
04 - 1.25 ml garlic powder
05 - 1.25 ml onion powder
06 - 1.25 ml salt
07 - 0.6 ml ground black pepper
08 - Olive oil spray

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine drained cottage cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese if using.
03 - Mix thoroughly until a thick, sticky mixture forms. If the mixture is too wet, incorporate additional breadcrumbs to reach desired consistency.
04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and shape each into small tot forms using your hands.
05 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange tots in a single layer without touching and spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
06 - Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until tots are golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately with a preferred dipping sauce.
