Mix sugar and water in a bowl that’s safe for the microwave. Heat up for a minute and a half, then stir so all the sugar melts. Pop in the fridge till it's cold.

In your blender, drop in the strawberries and lemon juice. Whiz it up until it’s totally smooth. No big fruit pieces left.

In a big pitcher, stir together your puréed fruit, coconut water, and syrup. Taste after adding half the syrup to see if you want it sweeter—then pour in more if you like.

Let the whole drink chill out in the fridge till it’s super cold. Grab some glasses, throw in lots of ice, and finish with a splash of bubbly water if you’re feeling special.
