Activate the sauté function on the Ninja Foodi and heat oil in the inner pot. Sear the chuck roast for approximately 5 minutes on each side until a brown crust forms.

Incorporate the potatoes, carrots, ketchup, spicy chili sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, water, and beef bouillon into the pot.

Secure and lock the lid. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes. Upon completion, allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before performing a quick release to dispel remaining pressure.
