Before you eat, give the cold oats a good stir. Add another splash of milk if they're too thick for you. Throw on some fresh berries or chocolate bits if you want.

Pop the lid on your jar or container. Let it chill in the fridge, at least four hours but overnight's even better. This lets the oats swell up and get soft.

After that's mixed, pour in your milk or the plant kind. Stir again until it all looks like one mix.

Spoon in some oat blend, then throw in some strawberries. Keep swapping until the container's full—looks pretty and tastes awesome.

Toss oats, cocoa, honey or maple, yogurt, vanilla, and a little salt into your mixing bowl. Mix it all up until it comes together.
