# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for approximately 3 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
02 - In the same skillet, melt butter. Add onion and broccoli, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
03 - Add orzo to the skillet and stir to coat with the butter and vegetable mixture. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Cook uncovered for 10 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and liquid has been absorbed.
04 - Stir in parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Return cooked chicken and its juices to the skillet and mix thoroughly.
05 - Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with fresh herbs and additional parmesan prior to serving.

01 - For a lower-fat variation, substitute chicken broth for stock and reduce cheese quantities.
02 - Incorporate additional vegetables like mushrooms, bell peppers, or spinach for enhanced nutrition.
03 - Store leftovers in an airtight container refrigerated for up to three days.
