# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Sauté chicken tenders in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in milk, cream, and Parmesan, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer until sauce slightly thickens.
03 - In a baking dish, alternate layers of lasagna sheets, spinach Alfredo sauce, chopped chicken, and mozzarella cheese, finishing with a layer of sauce topped with mozzarella.
