02 - 450 g ground beef or ground turkey
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade equivalent
04 - 240 ml water

05 - 200 g shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)

08 - 60 ml sour cream
09 - 60 ml sliced olives (optional)
10 - 60 ml sliced jalapeños (optional)
11 - Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C to preheat.
02 - In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef while breaking it apart with a spatula for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat if present. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring thoroughly. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
03 - Arrange taco shells in a baking dish. Distribute the seasoned beef filling evenly among the shells. Generously top each with shredded cheese.
04 - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles and shells become lightly crisp.
05 - Remove the tacos from the oven and allow to cool briefly. Garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, and a spoonful of sour cream. Add fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm.
