# How to Make It:

01 - Warm up your oven to 175°C. Give a 23×23cm baking pan a light coating of oil.
02 - Cook minced beef in a pan on medium heat till it turns brown. Pour off any extra fat.
03 - Mix in the taco spices and 60ml water with your browned beef. Let it bubble for 2–3 minutes until liquid gets thicker.
04 - Grab a big bowl and stir together cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, salsa, green chiles, half your cheese, garlic granules, and onion granules until it's all smooth.
05 - Gently stir your seasoned beef into the creamy mixture until everything's well blended.
06 - Put all of it into your greased dish, spread it out flat. Sprinkle the rest of your cheese on top.
07 - Stick it in your hot oven for about 25–30 minutes until you see bubbles at the edges and the cheese turns slightly golden.
08 - Take it out, add any toppings you want. Eat it while it's hot with chips or cut veggies.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can make this a day early and keep it in the fridge before cooking.
02 - Want it spicier? Throw in 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne or grab some hot salsa instead.
