02 - 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 4 large flour tortillas
04 - 2 big boneless, skin-free chicken breasts
05 - 1 cup (120 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Marinade and Seasoning

06 - Pinch salt and pepper, as much as you want
07 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon (1 g) dried oregano
09 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped up
10 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
11 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) paprika

→ Serving

12 - 1/4 cup (10 g) chopped fresh cilantro, to sprinkle on top
13 - 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream, to dip

# How to Make It:

01 - Let the hot wraps sit a minute to cool off, then slice each one in half. Dish them out right away with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cilantro.
02 - Clean out your skillet, pop it back on the stove over medium. Lay each wrap seam-side down and brown both sides for 3 or 4 minutes till they're golden and crunchy.
03 - Tuck the left and right sides of the tortilla toward the middle, start rolling up from the bottom as snug as you can, holding those fillings tight.
04 - Grab tortillas and spread them out. Pile the chicken down the center. Layer in mozzarella and cheddar, and toss on wilted spinach if you want it.
05 - When the chicken's done, move it to a plate. Throw spinach in the pan (if you're using it) for just a minute or two until it wilts, then turn off the heat.
06 - Crank up a skillet over medium-high, add a swirl of olive oil, and drop in the marinated chicken in one even layer. Stir every now and then for about 5–7 minutes, cooking till golden and at least 75°C inside.
07 - Toss the sliced chicken into your bowl, stir everything around until it's all coated. Let it soak for 15–20 minutes, or longer if you want the flavors to really pop.
08 - Get your medium bowl and dump in the garlic, olive oil, paprika, onion powder, oregano, plus a dash of salt and pepper. Give it a good stir.
09 - Rinse the chicken under cold running water, pat them dry with paper towels, then dice them into strips about 2.5 cm wide.
10 - Turn your oven up to 190°C so it's ready to go while you get everything prepped.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Switch things up by tossing in extras like avocado, bell peppers, or any toppings or spices you love.
