# Ingredients Required:

01 - 240 g graham cracker crumbs
02 - 115 g unsalted butter, melted
03 - 50 g granulated sugar
04 - Pinch of salt (optional)

→ Filling

05 - 227 g cream cheese, softened
06 - 80 ml sour cream
07 - 65 g granulated sugar
08 - 1 large egg
09 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
10 - 170 g butterscotch chips

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 163°C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and optional salt in a bowl. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form an even crust.
03 - Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Incorporate sour cream, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
04 - Pour the cream cheese filling evenly over the crust. Sprinkle butterscotch chips uniformly on top.
05 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the center is just set with a slight jiggle but not runny.
06 - Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.

01 - For cleaner slices, warm the knife before cutting chilled bars. Store leftovers refrigerated up to 5 days. Optional sea salt sprinkled on top enhances flavor.
