Butterfly Pea Latte Iced (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tbsp butterfly pea flowers (dried), a handful of fresh ones, or a single butterfly pea tea bag
02 - 1 cup steaming water
03 - 1/2 cup milk (use whatever: oat, coconut, almond, dairy, you pick)
04 - 1-2 tsp of your preferred sweetener, like honey (totally optional)
05 - As much ice as you want
06 - Splash of lemon juice for a color pop (if you’re into it)

# How to Make It:

01 - Pop your flowers (dried or fresh) or that tea bag into hot water. Kick back for 5–7 minutes, then scoop out the flowers or toss the bag. Let your blue tea cool down a bit.
02 - Want more sweetness? Stir in your sweetener or honey while the tea's still hot, so it melts in. Mix it all together until it disappears.
03 - Froth up your milk using a jar (put the lid on and shake hard), a milk frother, or pulse in a blender. You want those bubbles!
04 - Start with a glass of ice. Pour in chilled butterfly pea tea, then slowly add your frothed milk over the top so you get awesome layers.
05 - Crave a wild purple swirl? Pour lemon juice in at the end and watch the blue turn purple. Sprinkle some extra butterfly pea flowers if you want it to look super cool.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For a seriously wild color shift, let your tea cool first and don’t pour in too much water.
