# Ingredients Required:

01 - 400 grams extra firm tofu
02 - 50 grams tapioca starch
03 - 120 milliliters unsweetened non-dairy milk
04 - 80 grams plain breadcrumbs

05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 120 milliliters buffalo sauce
08 - 30 grams vegan butter

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then slice into wing-sized pieces.
02 - Dredge tofu pieces in tapioca starch, then dip into non-dairy milk, and finally coat evenly with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and salt.
03 - Arrange tofu pieces on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
