Brownie Chocolate Waffles (Printable Version)

A quick, rich waffle blending cocoa, peanut butter, and chocolate chips for a tasty snack.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 15 grams sugar-free creamy peanut butter
02 - 1 large extra large egg
03 - 5-10 milliliters water as needed

→ Dry Ingredients

04 - 5 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 6 grams monkfruit sweetener (optional)
06 - pinch of salt
07 - 22 grams sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, cocoa powder, salt, monkfruit sweetener, and 15 grams of the semi-sweet chocolate chips until a homogenous mixture forms.
02 - Add 5 to 10 milliliters of water gradually to thin the batter if it feels too thick, stirring until smooth.
03 - Preheat a mini waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions to ensure proper cooking temperature.
04 - Pour half of the batter into the waffle maker, then evenly scatter half of the remaining chocolate chips on top before closing the lid.
05 - Cook the waffle for 2 to 3 minutes or until no steam escapes and the waffle sets firmly.
06 - Carefully remove the cooked waffle and repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter and chocolate chips.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Adjust sweetener quantity based on taste preference; using a premium cocoa powder intensifies the chocolate flavor. Ensure the waffle maker is fully preheated for consistent results.
