# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - Peel the butternut squash and cut into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the squash cubes with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon. Toss until evenly coated.
04 - Spread the seasoned squash in a single layer on a baking sheet.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning.
