# Ingredients Required:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 397 grams sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
02 - 14 grams unsalted butter (1 tablespoon)
03 - 100 grams dark chocolate

→ Decoration

04 - Vermicelli (for coating)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Break dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a saucepan with unsalted butter and sweetened condensed milk.
02 - Heat over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until the ingredients melt and begin to thicken.
03 - Scrape the bottom of the pan constantly with a heatproof utensil to avoid burning. Continue cooking until the mixture thickens enough to hold a line drawn through it for approximately two seconds, about 10 minutes.
04 - Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.
05 - Once chilled, scoop teaspoon-sized portions (walnut-sized) and roll into smooth balls using your hands.
06 - Roll each ball in vermicelli or other preferred toppings, place in paper liners, and serve.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use high-quality dark chocolate for optimal flavor.
02 - Avoid burning by stirring constantly and scraping the pan bottom.
03 - Chill the mixture completely before shaping to ease handling.
