05 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

07 - 50–60 Biscoff cookies
08 - 360 ml strong coffee

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Whisk mascarpone, Biscoff cookie butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Add heavy cream to the mixture and whip until stiff peaks form.
03 - Briefly dip Biscoff cookies into strong coffee and arrange a layer in the serving dish.
04 - Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the cookie layer.
05 - Repeat the coffee-dipped cookie layer and finish with the remaining cream mixture.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight to set flavors.
07 - Decorate the dessert with crushed Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of melted Biscoff cookie butter before serving.
