→ Special Sauce

09 - 120 g mayonnaise
10 - 30 ml French dressing
11 - 15 g sweet relish
12 - 15 g finely minced onion
13 - 5 ml white vinegar
14 - 5 g granulated sugar
15 - 0.75 g salt

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet relish, minced onion, white vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned through, then drain excess fat and set aside.
03 - Gently warm flour tortillas in a clean skillet over low heat or microwave for approximately 20 seconds until pliable.
04 - Place each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the chilled special sauce over the entire surface of the tortilla.
05 - Top the sauce with shredded lettuce and diced onions evenly across each tortilla.
06 - Distribute the cooked ground beef over the center of each tortilla. Layer cheddar cheese slices on top of the beef.
07 - Place dill pickle slices evenly over the cheese layer.
08 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from bottom to top to enclose the filling securely. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
09 - Serve wraps immediately, optionally slicing each in half. Offer additional special sauce for dipping.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a leaner alternative, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef. Adjust special sauce quantity to preference. Additional toppings like tomato or bacon can be added for variation.
