→ Condiments & Seasonings

02 - Extra virgin olive oil, as needed
03 - Kosher salt, to taste
04 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
05 - 120 ml barbecue sauce

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the grill to high direct heat, approximately 230°C. Clean the cooking grates with a grill brush to ensure a non-stick surface.
02 - Lightly drizzle chicken breasts with extra virgin olive oil and rub to coat evenly. Season generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
03 - Place chicken breasts on the hot grill grates. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken releases easily from the grill.
04 - Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Baste generously with barbecue sauce, then flip and cook for 2 minutes on each side, repeating to build layers of flavor.
05 - Cook until chicken is firm and opaque with an internal temperature of 71°C. Remove from the grill, cover loosely with aluminum foil, and rest for 5 minutes to redistribute juices.
06 - Plate the chicken breasts and serve with additional barbecue sauce if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C for safe consumption. Adjust barbecue sauce quantity according to taste preference.
