Crispy golden tots combining sweet potato and zucchini, lightly seasoned and oven-baked to perfection.

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 480 grams mashed sweet potato
02 - 120 grams grated zucchini, moisture squeezed out

→ Dry Ingredients

03 - 100 grams breadcrumbs
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ Dairy & Eggs

08 - 1 large egg
09 - 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese

→ Fats & Oils

10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, for spraying or brushing

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 204°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Squeeze excess moisture from the grated zucchini using a clean towel.
03 - In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potato, grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, egg, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly incorporated.
04 - Form the mixture into small tot-sized cylinders using your hands.
05 - Place the formed tots on the prepared baking sheet and lightly coat them with olive oil spray or brushing.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then flip the tots and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
