02 - 113 grams brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes

04 - 30 milliliters candied pecans, chopped (optional)
05 - Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
02 - Roll out thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square gently into the muffin cups, forming small pastry shells.
