01 - 570 g Kiolbassa Hickory bacon

02 - 907 g frozen tater tots

04 - 120 ml milk
05 - 227 g shredded Colby Jack cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and reserve half for topping.
02 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly coat a 23x33 cm baking dish with nonstick spray. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on the dish bottom.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until blended. Stir in half the crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and shredded cheese.
04 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots. Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes, or until eggs are set and tater tots are heated through.
05 - Sprinkle remaining bacon, onions, and cheese atop the casserole. Bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts.
06 - Slice the casserole and serve hot. Offer salsa as a topping if desired.
