Avocado Strawberry Mango Salsa (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup diced strawberries (approximately ½ pound)
02 - 1 cup diced ripe mango (from 2 large mangoes)
03 - 1 ripe avocado, diced
04 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
05 - 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
06 - 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
07 - Juice of 1 small lime

08 - ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste

09 - Multigrain pita chips

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, add strawberries, mango, avocado, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
02 - Sprinkle salt over the mixture and gently stir to combine, taking care not to mash the avocado.
03 - Adjust seasoning with additional salt if desired. Garnish with extra cilantro and serve immediately with multigrain pita chips. Excellent as a topping for fish, shrimp, or salads.
