# Ingredients Required:

→ Salmon Bites

01 - 454 g salmon fillet
02 - 0.5 tsp salt
03 - 30 ml olive oil
04 - 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 0.5 tsp granulated garlic powder
06 - 0.5 tsp dried ground thyme
07 - 0.33 tsp dried ground sage

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Pat the salmon dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut into 2.5 cm pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
02 - Combine olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, granulated garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried sage in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the salmon pieces and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes to marinate.
03 - Line the air fryer basket and arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer. Cook at 163°C for 7 to 8 minutes, monitoring closely to prevent overcooking.
04 - Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and serve immediately while hot.
