01 - 454 grams ground bison

→ Aromatics and Seasonings

02 - ½ onion, finely chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix ground bison, finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, salt, and dried parsley until evenly incorporated.
02 - Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties and arrange them in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
03 - Cook the patties at 193°C for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through if desired for even browning.
