Put a skillet on medium heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes. Pour off the extra fat then mix in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Let it bubble for 1-2 minutes, then take it off the heat.

Lay out all tortillas and smear a bit of mayo or burger sauce on each one.

Drop 1/4 cup of cheese in the middle of each tortilla. Put some of the beef mix on top. Add the tomatoes, red onions, and pickles if you're using them. Tuck in the sides of the tortilla and roll everything up tight.

Warm up a skillet or grill pan on medium-low with butter or cooking spray. Cook the wraps with the seam down first for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until they're golden and crunchy.

Take them off the heat, let them cool a bit, cut in half and eat while warm. They're great with ketchup or ranch for dipping.
