Cheese-Filled Meatloaf Miniatures (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 small onion, chopped finely
06 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1/2 cup ketchup
11 - 1 tablespoon mustard
12 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Grab a big bowl and throw in your beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything up real good.
03 - Take some meat mix, press it flat, pop some cheddar in the middle, and roll it into a ball. Keep going till you've used all the mix.
04 - Stir together the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl. Brush this sauce all over your meat balls.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 25-30 minutes until they're cooked through and the tops turn brown. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
