Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

Grab a big bowl and throw in your beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything up real good.

Take some meat mix, press it flat, pop some cheddar in the middle, and roll it into a ball. Keep going till you've used all the mix.

Stir together the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl. Brush this sauce all over your meat balls.

Pop them in the oven for 25-30 minutes until they're cooked through and the tops turn brown. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
