# How to Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour and brown sugar in a bowl. Work in the butter with two forks or a pastry tool until you get crumbs. Press firmly into a greased 9x13 pan. Pop in the oven for 15 minutes until slightly golden.
02 - Using an electric mixer, blend cream cheese and sugar on medium until creamy. Drop in eggs one by one, then mix in vanilla. Pour this mixture right over your warm crust.
03 - Toss your diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Spread them out evenly on top of your cream cheese layer.
04 - Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, and butter in a bowl. Use your hands to work the butter into the dry stuff. Don't put this in a food processor.
05 - Scatter your crumbly topping all over the apples. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center feels firm. Let it cool down completely.
06 - Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled treat. Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 4 months. Serve chilled for best taste.

# Additional Tips:
