Cheese-Filled Morning Bombs (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 can (8-count) Regular Buttermilk Biscuits, avoid flaky variety
02 - 1½ cups (169.5 g) shredded mild cheddar cheese, split in half
03 - 1 cup eggs scrambled how you like them, divided
04 - 8 ready-to-eat sausage links, diced (roughly 1 cup), divided
05 - ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) melted unsalted butter
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F. Give a 12-inch oven-safe skillet a good spray with nonstick spray. Put it aside. If you haven't made your scrambled eggs yet, now's a good time to do that.
02 - Take the biscuits out of their package and lay them on a clean counter. Push each one flat with a rolling pin till they're about ⅛-inch thick.
03 - Put equal amounts of cheese on each flattened biscuit but leave space around the edges. Then add your scrambled eggs and chopped sausage pieces on top of the cheese, splitting everything evenly.
04 - Pull the edges of each biscuit up and pinch them together to make a ball. Put each ball in the skillet with the pinched side facing down. Do this with all the biscuits.
05 - Mix the melted butter and salt in a small bowl. Brush half this mixture over the tops of your stuffed balls.
06 - Let them bake for 20-23 minutes until they turn nice and golden.
07 - Right away, brush the rest of your butter mix on top, sprinkle with parsley, and they're ready to eat.
