Pop open the biscuit tube and split each biscuit horizontally into two pieces. Flatten each piece into a 4-inch round, giving you 16 circles total.

Drop roughly 1 tablespoon of blueberry mix onto the middle of each flattened dough circle.

Gather the edges of each circle with your fingers and pinch them closed to make a sealed ball.

Dip or brush melted butter over the top and bottom of each ball, then dust with white sugar.

Give your air fryer basket a quick spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Place balls in the basket about 2 inches from each other, working in batches. Air fry at 330°F for 7-8 minutes until they're golden on the outside. They're best eaten warm.
