Toss in your ground beef and cook it brown, smashing it up as you go.

Mix in your veggie blend and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes more.

Drop in your cold rice, breaking any lumps. Pour your soy sauce and oyster sauce over it all, and mix everything well.

Shake in some salt and pepper until it tastes right to you.

Dump the whole mix into a baking dish and flatten it out.
