Quick Key Lime Smoothie (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 frozen banana, chunked
02 - 130 g of plain Greek yogurt or your go-to non-dairy version
03 - 60 mL of squeezed key lime juice (regular lime is totally fine)
04 - 15 mL honey or use whatever sweetener makes you happy
05 - 0.5 tsp super finely grated lime zest
06 - 1.2 mL vanilla extract

→ Optional Additions

07 - Chuck in as many ice cubes as you need for that chilly, thick feel
08 - A bunch of spinach leaves if you want a touch of green

→ Garnish

09 - Add a lime wedge for some zing
10 - Dust the top with some graham crumbs

# How to Make It:

01 - Toss the banana, your yogurt, lime juice, any honey or sweetener, zest, vanilla, and spinach if you're using it all into your blender. Hit blend and chuck in ice cubes until the texture's how you like it.
02 - Swipe a lime wedge along the rim of a clean glass and roll it in some graham cracker crumbs so it sticks.
03 - Just pour your fresh smoothie in and throw a lime wedge on top if you want. Drink up while it’s cold!

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want a creamier sip? Use a bit of cream cheese in place of some yogurt.
02 - Spinach is perfect for color, and you can’t even taste it.
03 - No limes? Lemon juice and peel work great too for that punch.
04 - Go for a frozen snack by bumping up the honey, pouring the mix in popsicle molds, and letting them freeze.
05 - Leftover? Freeze it in cubes and toss those in a blender with milk later. They’ll keep a few months.
