Preheat oven to 200°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into desired shapes such as hearts or rectangles. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and optionally brush tops with egg wash.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in white cocoa syrup if using.

Slice each baked pastry in half horizontally. Spread a teaspoon of strawberry jam on the bottom halves. Pipe or spoon whipped cream over the jam, then top with sliced strawberries.

Place the top halves of the pastry over the filling. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle melted chocolate before serving.
