02 - 227 g flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced

04 - 2 cups fresh spinach, washed

06 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Mince the garlic, slice the steak thinly, and wash the spinach thoroughly.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and sear until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
03 - Add the minced garlic and fresh spinach to the skillet. Stir continuously until the garlic is fragrant and the spinach is wilted, approximately 2 minutes.
04 - Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to simmer gently until slightly thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
05 - Incorporate the cooked tortellini and grated Parmesan cheese into the skillet. Heat through for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
06 - Plate immediately and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
