08 - 100 grams breadcrumbs
09 - 120 milliliters beef broth
10 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1 teaspoon salt
12 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
13 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat and cook the sliced onions for 25 to 30 minutes until caramelized. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
02 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet.
03 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and half of the caramelized onions until just blended.
04 - Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
05 - Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
06 - Top the loaf with the remaining caramelized onions and shredded cheese.
07 - Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the internal temperature reaches 71°C.
