# Ingredients Required:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry

→ Cheese and Dairy

02 - 113 g cream cheese, softened
03 - 60 ml egg wash (1 egg beaten with 15 ml water)
04 - 60 ml crumbled feta cheese

→ Fruits and Herbs

05 - 60 ml cranberry sauce or 80 ml chopped dried cranberries
06 - 15 ml fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary), finely chopped

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, pressing out any creases to form an even rectangle.
03 - Evenly spread the softened cream cheese over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
04 - Distribute the cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.
05 - Scatter the chopped fresh herbs evenly over the filling.
06 - Tightly roll the pastry from one long edge into a log and slice into 2.5 cm pieces.
07 - Place the pinwheels cut side up on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with egg wash.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the pinwheels are golden and puffed.
