# Guide to Cooking:

- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together thoroughly.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, coating each piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to infuse flavors.
- While the chicken marinates, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice in a separate bowl until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Set the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and allow it to reach temperature.
- Thread marinated chicken pieces onto soaked bamboo skewers evenly.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C and develops a charred surface.
- Remove skewers from heat and let rest for 1 minute. Generously brush or drizzle with Bang Bang sauce before serving. Optionally garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions.
