# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven to 245°C and place a pizza stone inside to heat evenly.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to approximately 30 centimeters in diameter.
03 - Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly atop the ricotta layer.
