07 - 240 ml heavy cream

→ For Serving

08 - Slices of lemon for decoration (optional)
09 - Plenty of ice

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Pour your pink lemonade into each glass till they're mostly full. Chuck in some ice. Scoop on a cloud of pink whipped cream. Pop on a lemon slice if you fancy and dig in right away.
02 - Pop a few drops of pink coloring in the whipped cream. Carefully fold it in so it turns a lovely even shade.
03 - Toss cold cream into a bowl. Whip it up with a mixer until it thickens a bit. If you want, sprinkle in powdered sugar and keep whipping till you get stiff peaks.
04 - Once your sugar is dissolved, pour in the cold water, then mix in pink coloring. Keep stirring until the color’s even all through.
05 - Grab a big pitcher. Pour in lemon juice, then add sugar. Give it a good stir so all the sugar melts into the juice.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Make sure both the cream and lemonade are ice cold before you put everything together for the tastiest results.
02 - If you mix the cream too long it could turn clumpy or start separating, so keep an eye on it.
