# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until melted.
02 - Crack the eggs directly into the skillet and gently break the yolks with a spatula. Evenly sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, salt, and black pepper over the eggs.
03 - Place the split English muffin halves, cut-side down, onto the uncooked side of the eggs ensuring direct contact.
04 - Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until eggs are mostly set and muffins bottoms are lightly toasted.
05 - Carefully flip the entire egg-muffin assembly so muffins are in contact with the skillet and eggs face upward.
