1 oz spicy taco mix (roughly 3 tablespoons)

1/4 teaspoon smoky paprika

1/4 teaspoon dried onion seasoning

1/8 teaspoon spicy red pepper

16 oz grated Southwestern cheese blend (about 4 cups)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

# Guide to Cooking:

Heat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 13- x 9-inch baking dish lightly with non-stick spray.

Put soft cheese and tangy cream in a big microwave-safe container on HIGH till the cheese gets soft, around 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir together till it's smooth.

Add the mashed beans, green peppers, taco mix, sea salt, smoky paprika, hot pepper powder, dried onion seasoning, spicy red pepper, and 2 cups of the grated cheese to your cheese blend. Stir everything together well.

Dump the whole mix into your sprayed dish and smooth it flat. Sprinkle the other 2 cups of grated cheese on top.

Cook in your hot oven till the cheese gets all melty, about 25 minutes. Take it out and scatter green onions on top. Serve it hot with corn chips.
