# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Peel and chop fresh peaches if using; frozen peaches do not require ice cubes.
02 - Place peaches, coconut yogurt, almond milk, optional sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice cubes (if applicable) into a blender. Add chia or flaxseeds if desired.
