Peel and chop fresh peaches if using; frozen peaches do not require ice cubes.

Place peaches, coconut yogurt, almond milk, optional sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice cubes (if applicable) into a blender. Add chia or flaxseeds if desired.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and add additional agave or maple syrup if required to enhance sweetness.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a peach slice or chia seeds if preferred.
