03 - 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
04 - 150 grams onion (finely chopped or grated)
05 - 3 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
06 - 5 grams salt
07 - 5 grams black pepper

08 - 60 milliliters sambal oelek (adjust for spice preference)
09 - 50 grams brown sugar (can substitute with honey or maple syrup)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 175°C to prepare for baking.
02 - In a large bowl, blend ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
03 - Shape the mixture gently into a loaf form and place it into a baking dish.
04 - In a separate bowl, mix sambal oelek and brown sugar until smooth; spread evenly over the meatloaf.
