01 - 800 grams chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on

→ Citrus and Marinade

02 - 2 large oranges, peeled and sliced
03 - 120 milliliters fresh orange juice
04 - 45 milliliters soy sauce
05 - 30 grams honey

→ Aromatics and Seasoning

06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 15 milliliters olive oil
08 - 5 grams paprika
09 - 5 grams fresh thyme leaves
10 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Pat chicken thighs dry and season evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and thyme until fully combined.
03 - Place orange slices in a single layer on a roasting pan, then arrange the seasoned chicken thighs on top.
04 - Pour half of the marinade over the chicken and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
