08 - 240 grams sour cream
09 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
10 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine flour and 191 grams granulated sugar in a bowl. Stir in melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until evenly mixed. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom of a greased 23 cm springform pan.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 100 grams granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Incorporate sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, blending thoroughly. Pour the filling evenly over the prepared crust.
03 - Place the pan in a preheated oven at 175°C and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the center is just set but still slightly wobbly. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before removing the springform pan sides.
04 - Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to develop and texture to firm up prior to serving.
