Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grab a big bowl and mix together beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Italian herbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until everything's well combined.

Spread a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap and flatten meat mix into a 1-inch thick rectangle, making sure it's even all around.

Cover the meat with mozzarella, but leave about half an inch around the edges clear.

Using the paper to help, roll the meat from one end to the other. Press edges to seal and put it in a baking dish with the seam facing down.

Spread ketchup over the top of your meatloaf for extra flavor.

Pop it in the oven for about 1 hour, or until it reaches 160°F (70°C) inside.

Let your meatloaf sit for 10 minutes after baking so the juices stay in. Sprinkle parsley on top before cutting.
