Mozzarella-Stuffed Meatloaf (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 80/20 ground beef, 2 pounds
02 - 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1/4 cup milk
06 - 1 small onion, finely diced
07 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - Salt, as needed
11 - Black pepper, as needed
12 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella
13 - 1/2 cup ketchup
14 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix together beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Italian herbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until everything's well combined.
03 - Spread a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap and flatten meat mix into a 1-inch thick rectangle, making sure it's even all around.
04 - Cover the meat with mozzarella, but leave about half an inch around the edges clear.
05 - Using the paper to help, roll the meat from one end to the other. Press edges to seal and put it in a baking dish with the seam facing down.
06 - Spread ketchup over the top of your meatloaf for extra flavor.
07 - Pop it in the oven for about 1 hour, or until it reaches 160°F (70°C) inside.
08 - Let your meatloaf sit for 10 minutes after baking so the juices stay in. Sprinkle parsley on top before cutting.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Feel free to switch things up by adding some heat with chili flakes or trying different cheese types and veggies in your roll.
